This routine sets up the input for the QP optimization that computes the delta-f weights of the new particles. There are two types of constraints, bin and grid constraints. Bin constraints correspond to moments of the distribution function evaluated with nearest neighbor interpolation on the configuration space grid. Grid constraints correspond to moments evaluated with linear (barycentric) interpolation on the conf. space grid. Bin constraints can be enforced as equality and inequality constraints: use idx_constraint and idx_constraint2 to choose which constraint is an equality and which is an inequality constraint. Grid constraints are enforced as inequality constraints. This routine sets up the input for the QP optimization that computes the delta-f weights of the new particles. There are two types of constraints, bin and grid constraints. Bin constraints correspond to moments of the distribution function evaluated with nearest neighbor interpolation on the configuration space grid. Grid constraints correspond to moments evaluated with linear (barycentric) interpolation on the conf. space grid. Bin constraints can be enforced as equality and inequality constraints: use idx_constraint and idx_constraint2 to choose which constraint is an equality and which is an inequality constraint. Grid constraints are enforced as inequality constraints. Since grid constraints make the optimization problem much harder due to their large number, using them is optional (grid_ineq_on) A positivity constraint for the weights can be activated with the variable "positivity". This is used for full-f optimization.
