How to Become an XGC User
=========================

XGC codes are available for collaborative research. Users will be given access to the `XGC GitHub repository <https://github.com/princetonuniversity/xgc-user>`_.
If you are interested in using the XGC code, please fill out the PPPL Theory `Code Request Form <https://pppl.tiny.us/code-release-form>`_,
and the collaborative `User Agreement <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1flxH0GZOufCr7mj9sFd3mWhPwqumKMk5/view?usp=sharing>`_.
Access from foreign countries may be subject to export/DOE control.
The XGC code is large scale, susceptible to software stack upgrades, and requires a substantial computational resource to simulate realistic plasmas.
